Cut mat
- Cut 1 1/4" strip from long side of one wood sheet. Cut additional 1/4" from narrow piece.
- Adhere 1 1/2" x 6 3/4" piece of Shippou paper over narrow wood piece using gluestick.
- Stamp word onto tag using black Versafine ink pad. Thread string through tag hole and wrap string around wood sheet.
- Place narrow piece next to wood sheet with 1/4" gap in between. Turn pieces over and adhere large sheet of Shippou paper over back (Note: Use D/S tape near gap and gluestick over remainder of paper.)
- Adhere large piece of ivory cardstock to remaining wood sheet using gluestick.
- Randomly stamp mini envelopes using regal ink pad and Kamon stamps set.
- Adhere ribbon to opened flaps of envelopes using D/S tape. Trim ends of ribbon using scissors.
- Place strip of D/S tape along left edge of back cover and stagger envelopes over top. Press left sides firmly to adhere envelopes to surface.
- Place strip of D/S tape over left edge of envelopes and place cover on top. Press firmly to adhere pieces together.
- Punch sakura flowers from remaining papers. Adhere small flower over large flower using gluestick and glue button in center. Adhere flower to cover using gluestick.
