1 Apply ink to washi paper.
2 Position paper around candle.
3 Apply heat to candle until wax melts slightly into paper, section by section.
4 Tie raffia around candle.

Other: 3" white pillar candle
Finished size: 2 3/4" diameter x 3" hight
